It is possible to rewind at a constant speed without applying tension to the work.
The "ray loop controller" originally developed by Satsuki constantly detects the amount of rewinding of the work, and winds the work and the interlayer paper at a constant speed at the same time in synchronization with the rewinding speed.
Unreasonable tension is not applied to the work when winding.
Product Feature
- Since the rewinding speed is controlled by real-time detection with a dedicated detection sensor, stable rewinding at a constant speed is possible.
- Two-stage vertical structure. The take-up reel is installed upper, a rewind reel in the lower part.
- Rewound interlayer paper can be reused
- The rewinding and winding rotation directions can be set arbitrarily in both the clockwise and counterclockwise directions.
- Image inspection equipment can be installed. It is useful for early detection of defective products because it is rewound while performing 100% inspection.
