The "ray type loop controller" originally developed by Satsuki constantly detects the feed amount of the work, and winds the work and the interlayer paper at a constant speed at the same time in synchronization with the line speed of the press.
Product Feature
- Apply tension to the product and wind it up evenly and neatly.
- The tension of the interlayer paper can be adjusted. When the interlayer paper runs out, the sensor detects it and both the winder and press stop.
- It will stop when the press counts up. After the winding is completed, the product can be taken out together with the pallet by using a forklift, etc., which improves work safety and efficiency.
- Easy maintenance with relay control circuit.
