AUTO REEL with non-stop control method
ARV50C / ARV100C
A new controller with non-stop control function, the "Displacement Sensor Loop Detector" has been added to the rotation ON/OFF control specifications of the conventional auto reel models ARV50C and ARV100C.
The rotation speed of the auto reel is varied steplessly depending on the loop height, it is possible to uncoil/wind without stopping on the running line.
Also fabricate (made to order) the unit with a "dancer roller" that controls uncoil/wind without stopping (rotating on/off) as well as applying tensile force to the material loop.
Features
The non-stop control method solves the problem of "loosening of the coil material" caused by alternating on/off rotation (on/off control method), reducing stress applied on the material and preventing scratches.
Compared to the rotation and stop control, non-stop control reduces the load on the motor and gears and extends their service life.
Possible to uncoil/wind at a slow speed.
Also available handle conditions with fast rotation on/off cycles, which is difficult with the standard specifications.
Supports line speeds faster than the standard specifications.

Displacement sensor type detector can be applied to a variety of coil materials by selecting a displacement sensor suitable for the material conditions.

The detection unit configured with laser sensor and dancer roller applies tensile force to the material loop, allowing for uncoiling and winding with less slack.
