The feeder designed takes the advantages of an air feeder and pursues easy to use with NC control.

Use a timing belt driving system and does not require lubrication.

External control
Equipped with necessary communication functions for external control and a loader for model number management.

External operation function
Possible to switch interlock operations ON/OFF with remote cable (signal lines).

Model (Die) number management
Save feeding conditions for each die (number) to the PLC (Programmable logic controller) or PC, and this feeding conditions can be set simply by transferring data when changing dies.

Multi-feed
One cycle can have up to 15 steps, and each step can be combined with different data in which the feed length, speed, and repeating times are set as one step, so that multi-feed can be carried out for flexible feeding by repeating the cycle operation.

Central control
The feeder can be controlled from a main machine such as a press machine by using communication functions and remote control method (feeder control via signal lines).
