AUTO TURNTABLE MU Series Double turntable

A type with upper and lower double turntables.
In the case to feed out only one row, possible alternately in the upper and lower rows.
Materials can be load onto empty table, off-line set-up is available.
Possible to feed out two rows at the same time (options).
No backward tensile force is applied to the material.
Applicable to high-speed lines with smooth feeding out.
Features
Pre-stacked coils of materials on a pallet can be simply load onto the turntable.
Pre-stacked coils of materials can be set at once, effective for improving setup efficiency and saving space.
The upper and lower rows are independently controlled, possible to feed out only one row or one row alternately in the upper and lower rows, and two rows at the same time (options).
Analogue sensor constantly detects material loop and in combination with inverter control follows the line speed at continuously variable speed.
Product quality is stable because no backward tensile force is applied to the material.
