Designed to feed out of traverse material (oscillated wound materials) on a spool.
Supports long periods of unattended operation.
Coil material can be used with the "Table Attachment" (sold separately).
Features
With the analogue sensor loop controller, material feeding speed is always synchronized with the press production line speed.
By using the longest traverse material supports long production run.
Can be equipped with a material joint detection sensor (optional). When detected welded end, operation will stop.
Suitable to free size spool outer diameter Φ600mm to Φ900mm.
Easy load and unload spool material by rotating up and down using a handle tool.
Product quality is stable because no backward tensile force is applied to the material.
Combine with "Table Attachment" (sold separately), coil material can be used.
