Applicable to Φ1200 type stock reel, and the large diameter coil allows longer production runs per coil.

*1: Contact us about increasing the maximum rotation speed. It is possible under certain other conditions.
*2: The sensor in the photoelectric detector system can detect non-transparent materials that are at least 5 mm wide. That is caused by the properties of the photoelectric sensors. (However, if materials are cut into a grid pattern, the part (width) of the material being detected must be at least 5 mm wide.) Confirm that your material meets these conditions before you select a sensor.
*3: The motor in the machine uses an inverter control to stop quickly, the motor does not have conventional brake specifications. However, after the motor has stopped, a simple direct current control brake is used to maintain control. If there is a power outage or the external force is great, the stock reel may rotate. Contact us in advance if you are considering these sorts of conditions.
