The dual head auto reel allows for smooth setup changes. Since it can hold two coils, possible to setup one coil while using the other.
Equipped with two drive motors, the mechanical structure has been improved to be simple and highly durable.
By using the ARV-C series high-performance controller, inverter control enables uncoiling and winding smoothly that is gentle on the coil material.
With the automatic speed change function, when the outer diameter of the coil is large, it rotates slowly, and when it is small, it rotates quickly, and the axis rotation speed changes automatically.

*1: Due to the characteristics of the photoelectric sensor, it can only detects nontransparent materials with a width larger than 1 mm.
Please make sure that if materials meet these requirements.
*2: The motor in the machine uses an inverter control to stop quickly, the motor does not have conventional brake specifications. However, after the motor has stopped, a simple direct current control brake is used to maintain reel position. If there is a power outage or the external force is great, the stock reel may rotate.
