The Auto Reel and Tension Reel are integrated into a stand (base frame) with casters, allowing for easy movement and installation.
Features
Equipped with a brake function (unit) used for the situation that the work reel stops.
Operation preparation can be remotely controlled from external such as main machine (terminal block for linking (wiring) with main machine is provided).
The three functions of Auto Reel (work reel), Tension Reel (interleaf paper reel), and Detector (loop detection unit) have been integrated into one base frame.
Comes with casters, so that there is no need to reinstall the Auto Reel (work reel) and Tension Reel (interleaf paper reel) when relocating or repositioning due to layout changes, etc..
Work reel can be stopped by inputting a stop signal from external device (main machine).
By using an inverter, the rotation speed of the work reel is automatically controlled, realizing a rotation speed that matches the production line speed.
The work reel controller has the functions of speed setting, feeding out/winding switching, and inching operation.
Equipped with a work (product) break sensor and an interleaf paper break sensor, as well as provides an output signal (for stopping) to the main machine.
The sliding detection unit allows the detection unit to be set to any position (slides within a range of 245mm).

*1: The standard type sensor can detect materials that are at least 5 mm wide. The high-sensitivity sensor can detect materials that are at least 1 mm wide and not transparent. That is caused by the properties of photoelectric sensors. However, if there is a lattice pattern works (prestamped works), it may not be possible to detect it.
*2: If need to change the torque specifications of the interleaf paper reel, please contact us.
*3: That is a simple brake. If the external force is greater, it may rotate. Also, at the situation both of power outage or turn off the power switch, it will be disabled.

The ARV25AW (double model) has two sets of controllers, in one set includes both the interleaf paper reel controller and the work reel controller. However, the power switch and stop button on the top side of the Work Reel Controller panel are integrated onto one side as shown in the photo above.
