A general-purpose type, which possible to achieve the longest feeding length for maximum 999.99mm in one feed.
The NC roll feeder precisely feed materials by rotating the upper and lower feed rollers that sandwiching the material.

Timer function
The release action starts when the release signal is turned ON and ends at the presetting time. It is effective for changeover.
Communication function
Model (Die) number management: "Easily set feeding conditions"
Save feeding conditions for each die (number) to the PLC (Programmable logic controller) or PC, and this feeding conditions can be set simply by transferring data when changing dies.
Multi-feed: "Combine multiple conditions into one"
One cycle can have up to 15 steps, and each step can be combined with different data in which the feed length, speed, and repeating times are set as one step, so that multi-feed can be carried out for flexible feeding by repeating the cycle operation.
Central control: "Feeder and main machine work together"
The feeder can be controlled from a main machine such as a press machine by using communication functions and remote control method (feeder control via signal lines).
Loader for model number management
Single feed, and multi-feed conditions can be managed for each die (model). Settings can be stored for up to 50 types, respectively (total of 100 types).
The stored feeding conditions can be restored and transferred to the feeder.
