AFE AIR FEEDER
AFE-40 / AFE-65 / AFE-80 / AFE-100 / AFE-150

The feeder is pneumatically driven and grip-type, suitable for hoop materials with irregularly shaped (preformed) or easily damaged.

A series of five models, supporting maximum material widths of 40mm, 65mm, 80mm, 100mm and 150mm respectively.

Features

Gripper feed
To feed the material by alternately gripping and moving it between the two clamps, so that the material is not stretched as with a roll feeder. Therefore, it is suitable for feeding easily damaged materials and soft materials, also it can be used to feed irregularly shaped materials or secondary processing products by modifying the clamps.

Oil-less
Lubrication may not be needed because of the packing parts with improved materials and shapes.

Fast
Feed length adjustment is easy and reliable by using a spacer that can be attached and detached with one touch and a fine adjustment screw.

Compact
External piping has been removed by changing the solenoid valves and internal pneumatic circuits for an even more compact design.

Operability
Air supply ports are now on both the left side and right side. Select whichever is easiest to operate and attach the hand valve.
The operation also be improved by changing the hand valve.

Feed direction
The feed direction can be selected according to the material and the space requirements.
Also, the feed direction can be changed by replacing the internal valve (sold separately).

Shock absorption
Feeding accuracy can be kept reliable even at high SPMs by attaching a shock absorber.
(Mounted on the AFE-80 model or higher)

Select from three types for major operation
Select from three types of solenoid valve switching method: Normal Open, Normal Close, and Double Solenoid.

For feeding secondary processing materials

When feeding secondary processing materials, the clamper parts needs to be modified to match the shape.
