MVA-12(S)
The model designed more space-saving, suitable for various kinds of products and small lot production lines.
Set the reel and interleaf paper on both sides of the reel-deck unit. When start an automatic operation, it counts numbers of work-pieces, and after count-up performs automatic cutting and sampling task, then the reel-deck unit turns to another side and switches to the next empty reel, automatically.
MVA-12(S) winder be used for single strip only.
Features
The product feeding stage is fixed, and the reel (position) can be changed to the next empty reel by turning the reel-deck unit to the other side, automatically.
Realizes space saving compared to other models.
Reel-winding parameter settings for each product type can be stored and restored.
Suitable for various kinds of products and small lot production lines.
