MVA-102(S)
The vertical automatic winder is most commonly used for reel-winding wide and stiff products.
Suitable for various kinds of products and small lot production lines.
By using an accumulator (sold separately), it can also be used on high speed lines.
MVA-102(S) winder be used for single strip only.
Features
To ensure smooth core winding of stiff products, the feeding stage is designed to be adjustable in both vertical position (up/down) and tilt angle.
The reel (position) can be changed by sliding reel deck unit.
A space-saving vertical automatic winder.
Reel-winding parameter settings for each product type can be stored and restored.
Suitable for various kinds of products and small lot production lines.
