Possible to rewind at a constant speed without applying tensile force to the product strip.

The specified detection sensor detects the winding speed in real time while simultaneously controls the unwinding speed, perform stable rewinding at a constant speed.

Set the rewind reel onto the lower and empty reel onto the upper reel deck, pass the product strip through the loop guide plate and guide roller, then wound it onto the core of the upper empty reel. When start an operation, it will automatically rewind at the preset rewind speed. The specified detection sensor detects the winding length, also the quantity of work-pieces can be calculated based on the work pitch, and it will automatically stops when the preset winding amount counts up.

Features

Configured with two stages, both upper and lower. Set the unwind reel onto the lower and empty reel onto the upper reel deck.

The unwind and wind direction can be set to either clockwise or counterclockwise.

The rewound interleaf paper can be reused.

If the interleaf paper runs out or breaks, a sensor will detects the issues and the re-winder machine will stop.

By adding a count sensor (sold separately), the machine will automatically stop when the preset winding quantity is reached.

By directly attaching a machine vision inspection system (sold separately), all products can be inspected during reel-winding, enable to prevent the outflow of defective products.
