HORIZONTAL SIMPLE WINDER ME Series
MEH-11 / MEH-22
Since set on the reel horizontally and winding product horizontally, where the product carrier is constantly resting on the bottom side of winding flange, and product wound uniformly, so that there is no product deformation caused by touching top side of reel flange.
The product is wound together with interleaf paper under a constant tensile force, and is evenly wound onto the reel.
The product strip amount (loop) is detected by an analog loop controller, and in combination with inverter control follows the line speed at continuously variable speed.
MEH-11 winder be used for single strip only, and MEH-22 winder be used for both single and dual strips.
Features
Suitable for winding precision connectors onto reels.
The tensile force of interleaf paper is adjustable.
If the interleaf paper runs out or breaks, a sensor will detect the issues and both press machine and winder will stop.
