Suitable for winding long and heavy objects such as pre-punched materials and plating materials.
The product strip amount (loop) is detected by an analog loop controller, and winds up the product together with interleaf paper at a constant speed in synchronization with the line speed.
Features
By applying tensile force to the product, it is possible to wind it up evenly without unevenness.
The tensile force of interleaf paper is adjustable. If the interleaf paper runs out or breaks, a sensor will detect the issues and both the press machine and winder will stop.
It stops when the press machine counts up. After winding is complete, the product can be carried out with the pallet, which is effective for improving work safety and efficiency.
