Features

The reel deck units is fixed, and the product feeding stage position can be changed by shifting the stage unit up or down to realize reel-changing.

When combined with machine vision inspection system, all products can be inspected in line during reel-winding.

Realizes space saving compared to other models.

Widely applied to various kinds of products and does not require changing guider jigs.

Reel-winding parameters and setting items for each product type can be stored and restored.

Suitable for various kinds of products and small-lot production lines.
