MVA-104(S) / MVA-106(S)
Most used for reel-winding wide and stiff products.
The winder equipped with multiple reels allows large lot production.
By using an accumulator (sold separately), it can also be used for high speed lines.
MVA-104/106 winders be used for single strip only.
Features
To ensure smooth core winding of stiff products, the feeding stage is designed to be adjustable in both vertical position (up/down) and tilt angle.
Change the reel by moving the reel-deck unit in the horizontal direction.
The vertical automatic winder with multiple 4-reels or 6-reels enable continuous production on high-speed lines.
Reel-winding parameters and setting items for each product type can be stored and restored.
An accumulator (sold separately) can be attached more easily than the horizontal type, and it can also be used for high speed lines.
When combined with machine vision inspection system, all products can be inspected in line during reel-winding.
