Designed the structure that reel deck unit swings out, make it easy to set on and take out reels, and minimizing the installation area.

An automatic winder with multiple reels that can be installed in a small space.

The automatic winder that can handle a wide range of reel-wind products.

Applicable for reel outer diameter of maximum Φ750mm.

The automatic product core-winding and automatic reel-changing functions enable long periods of unattended operation.

MHA-104/106 winders be used for single strip only, and MHA-204/206 winders be used for both single and dual strips.

Features

Designed reel deck and interleaf paper deck as an integrated swing unit, allowing for effective use of the working space when swing unit closed.

The product feeding stage is fixed, and the reel (position) can be changed by shifting the multi-reel unit up or down without changing the feeding line height.

Horizontal multi-reel model realizes horizontal winding and saves space.

Widely applied to various kinds of products and does not require changing guider jigs.

Reel-winding parameters and setting items for each product type can be stored and restored.

Suitable for large lot production and long periods of unattended operation, also applicable to small-lot production and a wide variety of products.

Applicable to high-speed production lines.
