VERTICAL SIMPLE WINDER MEV Series MEV-22 MEV-226

Most used to reel-winds automotive connector terminals with high stiffness, lead frames and center carrier products, and suitable for various kinds of products and small lot production lines.

MES-12, MEV-11 and MEV-12 winders be used for single strip only, and MEV-22, MEV-226 and MEV-24 winders be used for both single and dual strips.

Features

The reel is set on vertically, so that suitable for winding stiff product such as pin terminals, lead frames, etc.

Tensile force of interleaf paper is adjustable. If the interleaf paper runs out or breaks, a sensor will detect this issues and both press machine and winder will stop.

MES-12 winder is used for single strip winding and consists of two crossed reel decks, the front and rear, of which are inclined at an elevation angle of 72 degrees. Since the product carrier is constantly resting on the bottom side of winding flange, so that product wound up in an aligned manner.

MES-12, MEV-12 and MEV-24 models are possible to change reel between two reels, alternately. Main body (reel deck unit) will be unlocked by stepping and keeping on the pedal, hold and turns the main body (reel-deck unit) to another side, and switches to the next empty reel, manually. Continuous production is possible without stopping the press machine.
